Washington primary too close to call

Joe Biden and Sen. Sanders remain in a dead heat in Washington’s presidential primary. With about 67 percent of precincts reported, Biden led Sanders by around 2100 votes in Washington’s primary, which will award 89 delegates. Both have won 17 delegates each so far.
