Trump calls on Americans to stop hoarding food, supplies

President Trump urged the people on Sunday to stop panic buying and hoarding food and goods in fear of the items being run out of supply and a possible lockdown due to the coronavirus. He assured the countrymen that grocers would remain open and the supply chain will remain healthy. Trump’s message came as many supermarket shelves across the US were emptied, with people stockpiling supplies.

It makes me wonder how much of this food is going to go to waste... My local store only had little to no perishable food left... Milk only lasts so long people.

I see all this "you should be stocked up" talk. For those of us with houses, NBD. Live in an apartment, particularly a share? Space is a big issue. Sure as hell aren't fitting in a second freezer.

This is what you get after the libtards have breed a generation that cannot think for themselves but expect the government to think for them.

is it 2021 yet?

There’s zero assurance, so people have a right to prepare.

no. I'll buy what I think I will need to be prepared for what comes. I didn't buy to but I bout 100lbs of meat and a second freezer. I know what's coming. meat packers will have to shut down or production will eventually slow. that will drive up costs and lead to shortages. I can grow vegetables and always have a years worth of dry goods. I'm not allowed livestock on my land. if people want to horde 2 years worth of to.... lol. not my problem.

Jokes on the rest of you, I stocked up on food over a month ago. The first day I had a case in my state, I went and got a new pack of toilet paper, since I only had 3 rolls left. I had my pick of brand 😂

Mr. Colvin has now donated all of his hand sanitizer and wipes. He kinda had to. The storage unit place kicked him and his collection out. The states attorney general sent him a cease and desist letter and opened an investigation into his business practices. Mr Colvin has been an Amazon and eBay seller years and earns his living that way. I commend Mr Colvin for this decision. Though what he did was not “illegal” his profiting from his neighbors health and fear was deplorable and the condemnation of his actions was warranted. But he also deserves to be forgiven. He was honest, he owned his actions, he didn’t try to worm out of it, and that goes a long way in my book. Nothing I hate worse than a liar and a cheat and Mr. Colvin is neither.👍
