Supreme Court postpones March arguments due to Coronavirus

Keeping the public health precautions recommended in response to COVID-19, the Supreme Court is postponing the arguments scheduled for March. Big cases scheduled for hearing by month end were cases related to President Donald Trump’s tax records. Such a situation was witnessed in Oct 1918 in response to the Spanish flu epidemic and in Aug 1793 & Aug 1798 in response to yellow fever outbreaks.

Oh shit, we could lose up to 2 justices this year to Coronavirus, couldn't we? (Ginsburg age 87, Breyer age 81). Last I saw, the age-specific mortality for those over 80 is like 15%. Ginsburg's body is falling apart anyways so I'd put her odds of dying much higher. I don't know what kind of shape Breyer is in.
