US markets rebound Tue March 17 after dramatic collapse

A day after it recorded the worst day fall in more than 30 years, Wall Street is seeing a recovery on Tuesday amid more economic stimulus and progress on a possible treatment for the COVID-19. The S&P 500 traded 1.5% at 1pm ET. As per reports, the Trump administration is seeking an approval of a $850B stimulus package. The CBOE Volatility Index (VIX) posted its highest-ever close on Monday.
