NJ Gov. ’strongly suggests’ 8 pm curfew

New Jersey Gov. Phil Murphy strongly suggested Monday that New Jerseyans should not leave their homes between 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. to help stop the spread of COVID-19. It’s not an order under Murphy’s declaration of a state of emergency and he stopped short of calling it a mandated curfew, but the governor said he is ’strongly discouraging non-essential travel’.

The NJ governor can go to bed at 8pm if he wishes but he has no right to tell the public to stay off the streets without there being imminent harm to justify that.

Curfews are stupid as fuck in this case. Don’t be in large groups also only go out when everyone else is out. So dumb.
