Former California Rep. Duncan Hunter sentenced to 11 months in corruption case

Former Rep. Duncan Hunter (R-Calif.) was sentenced to 11 months in federal prison and three years parole on Tuesday after he pleaded guilty to charges of campaign finance violations late last year. Hunter pleaded guilty in December to conspiring to convert more than $250,000 in campaign funds to personal use, a felony carrying a maximum penalty of five years in prison.
