A Japanese man who recovered after testing positive for coronavirus aboard the Diamond Princess cruise has caught the bug for a second time. The man, in his 70s, after first testing positive on Feb. 14 was confirmed negative on March 2. However, soon after he started to feel sick again, and developed a fever of about 102 degrees on Thursday. He was confirmed to be infected again on Saturday.

The tests are still imperfect. Looks more like he did not recover completely. Also, he's 70, so his immunity might be inadequate - we know that old folks are more vulnerable. Finally, this virus constantly mutates - being an RNA kind. It would be interesting to know if he got the same or different variety.
