US stocks opened lower Thursday, building on the previous session’s losses. The DJIA trades 700 points lower, over 3.5%. Earlier, the pan-European Stoxx 600 moved in the red reversing gains of more than 1.5%. On Wednesday, the ECB announced a stimulus plan that will use 750 billion euros to purchase securities. In Asia, South Korea’s Kospi led losses with circuit breakers triggered during trading.
