U.S. expected to impose restrictions on travel from Mexico despite little COVID

NBC News and Reuters cited unnamed sources as saying the U.S. is planning to close the border with Mexico as they agreed to with Canada. Currently the COVID-19 infection rate in Mexico is far lower than in the U.S. While the U.S. has at least 11,238 coronavirus cases, and at least 157 related deaths Mexico has 118 confirmed cases, and 1 reported death according to Johns Hopkins University.
