Man arrested twice in the same week for impersonating a cop

A Florida man is in jail for the second time after he was caught impersonating a law enforcement officer days after he was arrested for the exact same charge. LeRoy Stotelmyer, 60, was arrested Mar 11 after he was seen flashing a law enforcement badge to a toll bridge attendant to avoid paying a $2 toll. Earlier, Stotelmyer was arrested Mar 9 on charges of impersonating an officer and shoplifting.
