Nikki Haley resigns from Boeing

Former UN Ambassador Nikki Haley resigned from the Boeing Board, citing her opposition to President Trump’s administration potentially offering financial assistance to key American industries in the midst of the coronavirus crisis. Haley cites her economic libertarian principles as the reason she resigned, writing that she opposes any and all federal aid to American industries.

I hate bailouts. All the banks got bailouts from *our* tax dollars and then almost immediately started up with the fees. Bailouts should come with some preconditions.

These bailouts have to stop. If a company builds a crappy product and fails. Let them fail. Someone else will do it better.

Hard to know where she stands, one minute she is against Trump, then everything Trump does is perfect and defendable, now she suddenly gets ethics, the word hypocrisy springs to mind

Bailouts should be reserved for citizens only, not corporations, banks, etc. If you send trillions of dollars to the populace instead of businesses, that's startup money, mortgage payments, product purchases, medical care, everything. Screw the businesses and banks that don't have resiliency plans. #endthefed #nocorporatesubsidies #letthemfail
