Donald Trump signed an executive order to prevent hoarding and price gouging

On Monday, President Trump signed an executive order to prevent hoarding and price gouging of medical supplies during the coronavirus crisis. The details of the order were not immediately available to reporters other than a photo of Trump signing it. Peter Navarro, the director of Trade and Manufacturing Policy, warned that he would use Defense Production Act to get back property from hoarders.

It's pathetic that we require an executive order to stop panicky, irrational behaviors like hoarding toilet paper and medical supplies. It's just further proof that the majority of the public has lost all ability to think critically.

I say let them buy out everything because when they run out of room they are going to want to return the items. And when they can't that's when I'm gonna laugh for being stupid.

The problem with price gouging is when you buy up all the supply, not anything else.
