Dow jumps over 20,000 amid hope for COVID-19 stimulus package

Amid hopes of an agreement on a stimulus bill to rescue the economy, US stocks rebounded Tuesday from a three-year low. The Dow Jones Industrial Average currently trades over 20,000 with an almost 8% rise. Energy was the best-performing sector in the S&P 500.
