Experts dismiss fears after man dies of ’hantavirus’

As per reports, a passenger who died on a bus in China has tested positive for hantavirus. While his death sparked panic of a new virus besides the ongoing COVID-19, experts were quick to point out that it is not a new virus. Hantavirus has only rarely thought to have been passed between humans. One expert said there was no need to worry ’unless you plan to eat rats’.
