Governor of Puebla, Mexico says poor are ’immune’ to COVID-19

A Mexican state governor is facing criticism after he claimed that poor people are immune to COVID-19. Commenting on reports that a significant proportion of Mexico’s coronavirus cases is made up of wealthy people who had travelled abroad, Miguel Barbosa, the governor of Puebla, said ’If you are rich you are at risk. If you are poor you are not. The poor, we’re immune.’

Mexico must be working with North Korea. If the poor are immune to Coronavirus that partially explains how North Korea has not had a single (reported) case of Coronavirus. They clearly have shipped this technology to Mexico!

Well of course the rich who travel more are the first to contract it. Most poor stay in their village because they don’t have the money to travel. But only because wealthier people are the first to get it doesn’t mean the poorer people can’t. And with the poorer people generlly being less healthy it could even hit them harder.

"Barbosa also seemed to be appealing to an old belief that poor sanitation standards increase immunity by exposing people to more bacteria." ---------------- This guy seems insane, but what if he's right? Would seem to explain why homeless have not been ravaged by this thing.

Well he isn't wrong in the idea that the more wealthy are the reason this shit has spread like wildfire.

Average age in Mexico is 27 years old vs 47 in italy It's going to be a problem but maybe not as much, 35,588 were murdered last year. So thier attention might be elsewhere. But it might be a tipping point considering the other problems.
