919 people die in Italy, highest daily tally since outbreak began

The Civil Protection Agency reported on Friday that the death toll in Italy increased by 919, the highest single day increase since the outbreak began. Prior to this, the largest daily toll was 793, which was recorded on March 21. A total of 9,134 people have died in Italy as of now.
