Spain suffers another record day for Covid-19 deaths as 832 perish

Spain has recorded another record breaking day for Covid-19 deaths as 832 people died from the disease in 24 hours and the number of cases surged by over 8,000. Spanish health officials announced on Saturday morning that 5,690 people have now died from the coronavirus in the Mediterranean country and a total of 72,248 people have contracted the illness.

Isn't that 10% of the infected dead in a single say. I wonder what makes them so susceptible? I wish we could help them because it looks like it's going to get worse there. Edit: Okay my numbers are inaccurate. It is said that about 12,000 people have recovered, which so far is now than have in the US (though we have ~98% of the infected showing only mild symptoms) . Seems like it's ripping through the population but that plenty are able to recover. Is it just that they're fit or that they have a higher immunity rate in general?
