Manolis Glezos, Greek resistance hero dies at 97

Manolis Glezos, a Greek resistance hero from the World War II era, has died in Athens. He was 97. An 18 year old Glezos, along with a friend of his, had climbed up the Acropolis at night and tore down the Nazi flag, which had been raised a month earlier as the country fell under Nazi occupation in 1941.
