Court lifts block on Texas abortion order

An appeals court on Tuesday temporarily allowed Texas to enforce limits on the ability of women to obtain abortions in the state. This comes as part of the state’s emergency response to the COVID-19 outbreak. This means AG Ken Paxton can enforce his announcement last week that abortion providers were covered by a state order that required postponement of non-urgent medical procedures.

This is the sane thing to do, can't believe people are unwilling to understand that. What part of requiring all medical facilities is up for debate?

Abortions are essential medical procedures.. unless the goal is actually to make pregnant people who either need or want to have an abortion look like monsters that wait til they are further along in the pregnancy to have the necessary procedure done, then the medical intervention needs to be available to all!.. where's everyone talking about my constitutional rights on this topic?

Good. We need to focus on saving lives not ending them.
