Just to be clear, it’s not that China tested and didn’t count asymptomatic carriers... no, they just never tested asymptomatic carriers unless there was close contacts like family involved. But now that they are relaxing control measures they decided to start ramping up tests for incidental contact cases with no symptoms... I don’t see the controversy...
