The White House projects 100,000 to 200,000 Covid-19 US deaths

President Trump on his daily briefing warned of a ’painful’ and ’tough’ two-weeks ahead as the White House coronavirus task force projected a 100,000-200,000 deaths – under the best case scenario. The task force also said the country will hit a peak of the virus deaths at somewhere in the middle of this month. ’When you see 100,000 people — that’s a minimum number,’ Trump said in the conference.

The media is just straight up garbage. Please watch the white house briefings on YouTube since the MSM is starting to censor it. Those numbers are just estimations based on modeling and user places like New York and jersey as the base.

He said "tough 2 weeks" but that doesn't mean it's going to happen in just 2 weeks. There is a great graph if I can find it I will post it. But we are going to hit peak in about 10-14 days. From that point we could see over 2k deaths a day. We will stay at peak for about 10 days before we then start to improve. Edit: here is the link. https://covid19.healthdata.org/projections

Maybe I just can't follow the articles between all the BS ads, the 'Related Stories' and unrelated pictures flooding the text, but none of the 4 articles posted seem to have any evidence the death toll will reach "100,000-240,000 during the next two weeks". apart from 'experts say'. Last I checked, the current loss was not even 4,000 lives. We don't have anywhere close to 240,000 cases yet, either
