EU court rules against three states over refugees

EU court rules against three states over refugees

The EU’s top court ruled on Thursday that Poland, Hungary and the Czech Republic broke the law by refusing to host refugees to help ease the burden on Greece and Italy following a surge in migrant arrivals from 2015. The three countries ’have failed to fulfil their obligations under EU law’, ruled the Court of Justice of the EU. The nations face no immediate penalty though.

Also note that those are the only countries in the EU who didn’t see their violent crime rate skyrocket due to crime committed by foreign nationals.

What better reason to leave the EU once and for all. Countries have a right to control their own borders.

It's like the EU is trying to self destruct. After Brexit, all Europe is watching. Hungary for example with its tight border control and low number of migrants has not only kept crime rates low but their covid-19 numbers are way lower than EU countries with wide open borders. They are essentially another proof that Globalist ideas are garbage. I won't be surprised to see these countries leave the EU and form their own trade alliances with each other, Britain, and the US.

These bad countries refusing to have their people be replaced in their own lands by a corrupt institution that only seeks power over sovereign nations. I can't wait for the EU to finally crumble and become a distante memory such as the USSR

The EU court is as good as the USSR court. It just rubber-stamps the will of the unelected MEP's.

What EU says is irrelevant. They can go f... themselves. These three countries apparently gives a sh.. about their own people, unlike the EU huggers.

Who cares what an unelected court rules set up by unelected officials has to say. Disband the eu, the u.n and the w.h.o.

This EU regime must fall. I can't believe that so many countries willingly gave away their long cherished sovereignty to be ruled by others. As for this decision, I thought that refugees helped economies and diversity was a strength. If so, why aren't the countries that took them in gloating that they got all of the benefits?
