Zoom responds to security concerns, promises to resolve issues over 90 days

Zoom is responding to the list of security concerns raised recently and has promised to dedicate its resources to identify, address, & fix ongoing issues over the next 90 days proactively by freezing feature updates, CEO Eric S Yuan announced through a blog post. The video conferencing app has gained huge popularity thanks to the coronavirus outbreak that has pushed people to work from home.

A biggest security problem, sending user info to Facebook, has been fixed. But, it is likely that many (most) apps that allow Facebook log-in are doing the same thing. It came via Facebook's developer tools. Thanks to Jason for pointing out this isn't the worst problem as I originally said.

I feel sorry for the techs at this app. Overnight they likely had a tenfold increase in userbase. Most of the team has likely not slept for the past two weeks.
