Zoom apologises for security issues, promises fixes

Zoom CEO Eric Yuan apologized Thursday for security lapses that have been reported this week. Yuan also said the company saw a huge spike in users, up to 200 million people per day in March, from about 10 million in December. Zoom has come under criticism for ’zoombombing’ intrusions and for sharing data with Facebook, abusing permissions on Mac, and not properly describing how it encrypts data.

Anything that links to them are seriously risky. A whole lot more needs to be done to contain them. They have proven to be very ridiculous in their non Chainese social attitudes. Hogging everything is their order of the day. There are those of us who have become very wary of them.
