Keir Starmer wins UK Labour leadership election

Sir Keir Starmer has won the Labour leadership election with more than 56% of the vote, bringing an end to Jeremy Corbyn’s tenure. Starmer beat Rebecca Long-Bailey and Lisa Nandy in the final leg of the race. Angela Rayner was elected deputy leader.
