Whitmer: Lack of national COVID-19 strategy ’creating a more porous situation’

Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer said Sunday that the lack of a national strategy to deal with the COVID-19 pandemic was creating a ’more porous situation’ in the country and would cause more people to die. ’Not having a national strategy where there is one policy for the country as opposed to a patchwork based on who the governor is something I think is creating a more porous situation,’ she said.

Pray tell what did she do before, or is now going for her constituents? Or is she totally reliant on the Feds? As we all know, States are also responsible, and should have had stockpiles, and a plan, for just such an emergency.

I see the Democrats are still relying on their one strategy of spreading FUD and lies. It's a real shame that they have no other plan or proposal.

Talk to your leader, who says, "He's not responsibly accountable for anything that's of negative consequences" even though he wants to be a leader?!!

Governor Whitmer compare your state to Ohio. Same area of country, slightly smaller population. Whose fault is it that you have 5 times the # of deaths?

Federalism is a very good aspect of government. It's not perfect but it self corrects.
