Singapore Changi Airport to close one of its terminals for 18 months

Changi Airport in Singapore has announced that they will be closing Terminal 2 for a period of 18 months from May 1 amid the deepening coronavirus crisis that has reduced the global travel industry to a standstill. The move will save cash and enable the airport ’to better match the low travel demand and airlines’ flight operations’.
