Coronavirus could ’eclipse’ Great Depression in economic toll, says Biden

Joe Biden said Tuesday that the COVID-19 outbreak may very well ’eclipse’ what the US faced during the Great Depression. Biden called the current economic downturn the US’s ’biggest challenge in modern history’. He added that this was an opportunity ’to do so many things now to change some of the structural things that are wrong’.
