Musk, now, clarifies Tesla has not sold bitcoin holdings

Elon Musk tweeted Monday that Tesla has not sold any bitcoin, a day after he appeared to suggest the opposite. ’To clarify speculation, Tesla has not sold any bitcoin,’ Musk said. On Sunday, Musk implied in a Twitter exchange that Tesla may sell or has sold its Bitcoin holdings. Musk’s tweet came in response to users on Twitter criticizing his recent stance on the cryptocurrency.

So they purchased bit coin. Publicized and brought attention to it, the stock soared, then sold it at a mass profit, and then says “like, apparently crypto is bad for the earth?” Questionable.

Bitcoin is old tech, being propped up by Wall Street and whales, if crypto doesn’t stick to improving decentralized fungible anonymous transaction, we are doomed into an Orwellian cashsless society

Musk will ultimately go down in history as a manipulator and comedian. Overshadowing his achievements. He attempted to manipulate the regulated markets with his 420 tweet and now he has found crypto - unregulated; has used that to shore up the finances of Tesla. In the process, he has financially hurt his followers, who also bought into it. Musks true colours as a con-man, are coming to bear.

I've always admired Elon Musk and I have to wonder if he isn't calling to everyone's attention that these cryptocurrencies have become nothing more than financial investment instruments with people trying to buy low and sell high. The cryptocurrency is absolutely not serving the purpose for which it was intended, and as a company accepting Bitcoin for $100,000 cars the wild valuation swings of the cryptocurrencies exposes his company to enormous risk, which is what they were trying to avoid in the first place. Never forget that because of his position in several companies, Musk can never speak frankly for fear of violating any number of SEC regulations.

The singlemost manipulative and outspoken hegemon of the bunch. Comparative misinformation at its best. His weekly operations are staggering and far worse for the environment. Moreso, he’s going to continue to lie about other proof-of-work memecoins to prop himself up and play the fiddle between BTC and Doge. It’s just an additional area he’s capable of flooding to drown and murder anyone that isn’t on the same wave as him; spoils of the battlefield ALL go to *this weak yet financially imposing man on the hill.

What if... Elon is trashing Bitcoin in the hopes people sell off on their cryptocurrency. Than when the price drops, he comes in buying up more coins at a much cheaper rate?

This has gone too far. I think his lawyers are giving him tight wire advice and he's toying with the SEC. Look for some tough regulations on crypto to come out in the near future.
