Federal judge rules some abortions in Texas can resume

A federal judge has once again cleared the way for some abortions to resume in Texas despite the governor’s order restricting them during the outbreak. Under the ruling, clinics can offer medication abortion available to patients up to 10 weeks into their pregnancy. Additionally, patients who would be 18 weeks into a pregnancy by April 22, the day when the ban expires, can also receive an abortion

A Federal Circuit court just ruled the Texas order closing abortion clinics is valid. This right here is an example of why federal judges should not be appointed for life. It literally takes an act of Congress to remove one of these people. Their very last consideration is what the law actually says.

The US does not have a population issue, we actually need fertility rates to increassle. Part of why our nation is so powerful are good demographics. We need manpower; we have more than enough land to house and employ everyone.

Way to go, federal judge...whomever. More innocent babies will die because of your ruling. Not good at all.
