AP calls for probe into Israeli airstrike of press building

The Associated Press’ top editor has called for an independent investigation into the Israeli airstrike that targeted and destroyed a Gaza City building housing the AP, Al-Jazeera and other media. Separately, media watchdog Reporters Without Borders has asked the ICC to investigate the bombing. AP said the Israeli Govt. has yet to provide clear evidence supporting its attack.

The evidence would be under that pile of rubble and inaccessible for a while. Hamas regularly puts their arms in schools and hospitals hoping Israel won't hit them. Are we supposed to think they wouldn't do the same thing to journalists? Do you think they sent memos out to tell everyone what they were storing downstairs?

AP can go pound sand. That pro-terrorist propaganda organization is pathetic. Al-Jazera may be mor credible than the AP.

Israel murders journalists and children with impunity. In any other nation this would be a sick war crime, but Israel gets a green light thanks to US support. Its sickening!

The AP building is a fair target as they sling false information about what is really going on and promoting terrorist activities and putting many lives in danger.

Well, Israel will never be held accountable for its Zionistic ways. People love to yell terrorists this and terrorists that, but never apply such mantras to those deserving of such titles. “Hamas had intelligence office in the building” they say. I doubt that. The press is a threat to the insraeli government so they targeted them; and they try to justify it by saying hamas was in the building. Complete and utter BS. Netanyahu is in big trouble and he’s trying to deflect and create a situation to help his chances of staying in power! This is all too obvious but idiots and hypocrites want to believe nonsense so eagerly.

I can see now that anything critical of the Israeli government in the comments section will be 86’d. Typical!

Ah, the AP. Hamas's key propaganda tool in the region after al-Jazeera. Of course, it's nothing new for Hamas et al. to set up shop inside schools, mosques and hospitals, hoping Israel would bomb them, so them hiding inside a news building is hardly surprising. But of course, we're going to have all the "experts" on this site claiming they know what's going on in Gaza better than Israeli military intelligence.

I would rather call for an investigation of AP practices in the middle east? They coddle terrorists...pity there is actually payback in the rest of the world.
