Foreigners made to write ’I am so sorry’ 500 times for lockdown breach in India

Officials in India said on Sunday that a group of 10 foreigners, who had broken a coronavirus lockdown, were forced to write ’I am so sorry’ 500 times by the local administration. The incident happened in Rishikesh, a town made famous by The Beatles. The group consisted of people from Israel, Mexico, Australia and Austria.
