Half of coronavirus deaths happen in care homes, data from EU suggests

Figures from Italy, Spain, France, Ireland and Belgium suggest that care home residents have accounted for between 42% and 57% of all deaths related to COVID-19, according to a report by academics based at the LSE. Published data for care homes in England and Wales records 20 COVID-19-related deaths in the week ending 27 March, which is believed to be significantly underestimated.

In relation to what? This data on it's own means nothing, as, you guessed it, care homes have more elderly people. You don't expect to see most deaths in dormitories, now do you?
