Congress still at stalemate over another round of coronavirus relief

A stalemate over an emergency infusion of cash to help small businesses dragged into another week as both sides accused each other of stalling critical aid to millions. Democrats demanded additional money for state and local governments, hospitals, food assistance and rapid testing. Republicans, meanwhile, continued to insist that Congress should approve funding only to the small businesses.

It's not a stalemate. It's the Democrats holding out trying to force the Republicans into some other garbage like the $25Million for the Kennedy Center.
