Texas stopped from blocking medical abortions

The state of Texas was blocked from enforcing a ban on medication induced abortions, by a federal appeals court on Monday. The ban was reportedly part of the state’s curbs on a few medical procedures during the coronavirus crisis. As per the new ruling, only women who are nearing their 22nd week of pregnancy can undergo a surgical abortion.

Isn't it amazing that something explicitly stated in the Constitution Like gun rights isn't a protected legal right but abortion, nowhere mentioned in the Constitution or amendments, is protected in everyway by case law and is aggressively defended in the courts? Roe v Wade was a garbage rolling it needs to be tossed. It need s to return to being a state issue.

Good, your religion shouldn't dictate law. I know the 1950's broke Americans in terms of understand separation of church and state but these fundamentalists are just getting worse.
