Trump financial records case to be heard by Supreme Court on May 12

As part of its first ever round of oral arguments by teleconference, the Supreme Court of the United States is all set to hear a dispute over whether the tax and financial records of President Donald Trump should be disclosed. The court, which is doing this due to the coronavirus outbreak, will hear 10 cases over a two week period.

If this is going to Scotus can't we instead challenge the validity of Abortion as a whole. Why does someone have the right to slay their baby when 99% of time it's just for the coinvience of the woman and not for any valid reason that would justify the slaying?
