Warren, Smith unveil plan to rescue child care centers

Elizabeth Warren, a Senator from Massachusetts and Tina Smith, a Senator from Minnesota have asked Congress to spend $50 billion in order to support child care providers who have seen enrollments drops and cleaning costs increase due to the coronavirus pandemic. The two have said that many child day care centers are on the verge of bankruptcy due to decreasing enrollment.
