Air pollution increases risk of death from COVID-19, Harvard study finds

A new study, conducted by researchers from the Harvard University T.H. Chan School of Public Health has suggested that those people who live in areas with high levels of air pollution are more likely to be adversely affected by coronavirus. Researchers have found ’statistically significant evidence’ that higher levels of PM 2.5 are one of the reasons behind higher COVID-19 deaths.
