Vote by mail allowed by Texas judge amid coronavirus fears

On Wednesday, a county judge in Texas said that he would allow mail-in ballots from those voters who are scared for their health as the coronavirus pandemic rips across the United States. Judge Tim Sulak in the 353rd civil district court told lawyers that a temporary injunction would be approved by him which would allow voters to use mail-in ballots.

Eminently sensible judge who realises that 'free and fair elections' is not an aspiration, but a guideline. A pity this was not observed in Minnesota, but the voters still overcame the naked attempt at a power grab by coming out in droves and waiting hours to vote and undid all the GOP plans.
