Whitmer says protestors’ actions can lead to extension of stay-at-home orders

Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer Thursday said the protests that took place in her state demanding an end to her ’stay-at-home’ order could result in a resurgence of the virus which might force her to think about extending the orders. Protesters stormed the Michigan capitol building Wednesday demanding an end to the stay-at-home order, which they claimed was infringing on their personal liberties.

What a disaster! When power goes to your empty socialist head, simple simon thinking is what results. 90% of Michigan is rural, not urban. It's just stopid to treat the entire state like it's Detroit.

U fortunately. The protesters may have done more harm than. good..how many were social distancing thereby putting more persons at risk for the virus to spread. Consiquentially leading to more deaths and longer. Stuck at home orders .wait a couple days to see. .how many gt the virus

Her statement is accurate. A protest is a large gathering of people that can cause the spread of a disease and a spike in cases and deaths, increasing the duration of the pandemic and quarantine. This is not a threat it is a statement.
