7 Midwestern governors form pact to coordinate reopening states

Governors of 7 Midwestern states of Michigan, Ohio, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Illinois, Indiana and Kentucky said they will coordinate to reopen their economies. The bipartisan group of governors said factors they will weigh heavily include controlling the rate of new infections, enhanced ability to test and trace, sufficient healthcare capacity and best practices for social distancing at work.

Meanwhile the coasts have decided that 2 months of barebones economy just hasn't hurt the peasants enough. Better stop them from working for a few more, give them money that the government stole from their kids and pat themselves on the back. After all, this whole covid thing is just going to go away in June, best wait it out.
