Canada, U.S. extend border restrictions by 30 days

Canadian PM Trudeau said Saturday that the border restrictions with the US have been extended for another 30 days to help control the spread of coronavirus. The restrictions were due to expire next week. Trudeau said the two countries have kept the previous agreement unchanged, meant to clamp down on non-essential travel. Canada has reported 33,383 cases with 1,470 deaths.
