Harris county Judge advises opening areas on basis of data and not emotions

As the Texas Gov. Abbott is considering reopening state businesses in phases, Judge Hidalgo has highlighted that Texas, Harris County curve is now flattening. However she advised that decision to reopen areas should be data driven and not an emotional one. Additionally she praised residents for helping neighbors to get important part of the virus curve, maintaining social distancing measures.
