Iran’s Guards launch its first military satellite

Iran’s elite Revolutionary Guards said it has launched its first satellite on Tuesday, adding that it has reached orbit. ’The launch was successful and the satellite reached orbit’, state TV said. There was no immediate independent confirmation of the launch. Iran has failed in several previous attempts, most recently in February.
