Stocks rebound after stimulus bill, oil prices crawl out of negative territory

US stocks and oil prices rebounded Wednesday, getting a boost from rebounding oil prices and news that the Senate passed a $484 billion relief package. The Dow Jones industrial average climbed as much as 481.32 points, or roughly 2.1%, to 23,500.20 after shedding more than 1,200 points in the prior two days. The S&P 500 and Nasdaq composite also jumped as much as 2.3 and 2.7%, respectively.
