Protests banned at capitol, on state property in California

The California Highway Patrol ( CHP) said Wednesday that it is temporarily banning rallies at the state Capitol and other state facilities. The decision was taken after hundreds of protesters on the Capitol grounds in Sacramento Monday were seen without masks and did not comply with the state’s public health guidance to remain more than six feet apart.

They should be allowed to protest. Especially on state property. They should follow rules on social distancing and be given adequate space to do so.
