Senate moves toward possible Tuesday vote on relief bill

The US Congress on Monday inched closer to a $450 billion deal to help small businesses and hospitals hurt by the COVID-19 pandemic. Charles Schumer on Tuesday said he believed Democrats, Republicans and the White House had a deal, and that the Senate could vote on the deal later in the day. Of the $450 billion, the package would provide $75 billion for hospitals and $25 billion to expand testing.
