A cyclone has made landfall in India’s state of Gujarat with wind speeds of up to 160km/h (100mph). Cyclone Tauktae traveled along India’s western coast, narrowly missing Mumbai. At least 12 people have been reported killed and 200,000 evacuated. Tauktae is the strongest cyclone to strike the region since 1998. The Indian navy said it has rescued 177 in Arabian Sea after a barge sank.
