WHO against the idea of ’Immunity Passports’

Globally, as people debate on easing social distancing measures, one suggestion which has cropped up is the use of immunity passports.The idea is to identify people who may have developed immunity to Covid-19 post recovery and issue them passport-like documents who can then travel or work. However WHO has warned against such step as those who have antibodies may also be vulnerable to reinfection.

It begs the question, if vaccines work by allowing the body to build antibodies, but antibodies don't make a difference in this case, then what's the point?
