Spain allows children to play outside as it plans to ease shutdown

Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez will present a detailed plan Tuesday for the ’de-escalation’ of Spain’s lockdown. Spain let children go outside and play Sunday for the first time in six weeks. European countries worked to ease their lockdowns and reopen their economies. In the United States, governors moved at different speeds, some more aggressive, others more cautious.
